Well, here we are. Ready to go....well almost....is it just six weeks since I left work, and only one week off for Anni. What a busy time it has been...and now, we are really doing it.
Our lives for the next six month are packed into just four pack bags.
Our lives (and Dave's) for the next ten days are squeezed into the little ute.
Tomorrow afternoon Darling Downs Horse Transport will pick up the "boys" and we will all be on our way. It's a big trip for them but I have every confidence that they will be well looked after. Darling Downs brought "Boo" up from Helidon not long ago, and he arrived as happy as Larry. This afternoon I had a call from Nathan from Darling Downs and we discussed the trip. The horses will be well rested, watered and fed during the trip. And I know he will keep in touch with us along the way. I'll be waiting for his call as he comes into Gympie.
